A signed contract and required deposit are necessary before we schedule any work. Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, permit processing times, and change orders requested by the client. 12. Payment Terms
Payment terms for our services are as follows: A deposit of 25–50% of the total project cost is required before work begins, depending on the project scope. Progress payments are due at predefined milestones as specified in your contract. Final payment is due upon project completion and your signed acceptance of the work. We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), ACH transfers, personal checks, and financing through our approved lending partners. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Returned checks incur a $35 processing fee. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
13. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your service contract within three (3) business days of signing without penalty, as required by the Federal Trade Commission's Cooling-Off Rule. Notice of cancellation must be in writing and delivered by mail, email, or hand delivery. After the three-day period, cancellation terms are as specified in your individual contract. Generally, cancellations after work has commenced will be subject to payment for work completed and materials ordered, plus a reasonable cancellation fee. 14. Warranty and Guarantee
Home Livin Renovations provides a five (5) year workmanship warranty on all labor and installation services. This warranty covers defects in workmanship that become apparent under normal use and conditions. It does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, acts of God, or unauthorized modifications. Manufacturer warranties on materials and products are passed through to you and vary by manufacturer. To make a warranty claim, contact our customer service team with your contract number and description of the issue. We will inspect the concern within 10 business days and, if covered, repair or remedy the issue at no charge.

The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against Home Livin Renovations. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for breach of intellectual property rights or confidentiality obligations.
22. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in USA, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
